• All orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched on the same working day.
• Orders received after 4 PM are shipped the next day.
• We ship Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

🚚 Delivery Time

• Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 1–2 working days
• Smaller Cities & Villages: 2–4 working days

Our delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during holidays, sales, or nationwide events.

🏠 Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery: On all orders above Rs. 2000
• Standard Delivery Fee: Rs. 250 for orders below Rs. 2000

All parcels are packed securely and discreetly to maintain privacy and ensure product safety. The packaging does not mention product details on the outside.

📦 Order Tracking

Once shipped, your tracking ID will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel directly with our courier partner.
